Samanvitha Kumar, a technical specialist in the areas of Identity & Access Management and Mobile Security, has over 13 years of product architecture and development experience. As a member of Oracle Identity Cloud Service team, she is involved in building world class access and authentication solutions for Oracle’s cloud customers. Being part of the Product Architecture Team enables her to work on cutting edge technologies, innovate new product features and contribute to defining Oracle’s next-generation identity cloud products. She is the inventor of multiple patents in the area of Identity and Access Management. She is a seasoned engineer well versed with Agile Methodologies and helps drive efficient engineering practices in her organization.

Prior to Oracle, she was with IBM and SAP Ariba, where she developed e-commerce and middleware solutions for enterprise and cloud customers. She has a flair for technical writing, is recognized as ‘IBM developerWorks Contributing Author’ and has also presented technical talks at several conferences.

She is a gold medalist from Visvesvaraya Technological University and has completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. She is actively involved with the Oracle Women Leadership team, to promote and foster technology leadership at Oracle India. In her free time, she tends to her organic terrace garden and loves creating terrariums.
