Amy DuVernet, Ph.D., CPTM, is the director of certification programs at Training Industry, Inc., where she oversees all processes related to continuing education programs, including development and evaluation. Previously, she worked as a business consultant designing and evaluating organizational interventions in a variety of industries. Amy earned her Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology at North Carolina State University.
