Aarathi Balakrishnan is an accomplished technology leader, with over 15 years of experience at Oracle, having architected and built several Next-Gen scalable products varying from enterprise to cloud using the latest methodology and agile delivery techniques.

She is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in building products in the Identity and Access Management Domain. She has re-engineered the Cloud Journey for several Enterprise customers and has authored few white papers and several blogs to document customer solutions.

She is a member of the Product Architecture Team at Oracle, which is a group of senior technical leaders, who work on innovative technologies, along with redefining the roadmap of Oracle products. She has been awarded 7 US patents in the Identity and Access Management areas such as Authentication, Session Management, Threat and Anomaly Detection.

Aarathi Balakrishnan has a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Gainesville, Florida. She is a Gold Medalist from the University of Madras where she completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. She is actively involved with the Women Leadership initiatives in Oracle India, to promote and foster technology leadership in the organization.

Aarathi Balakrishnan is a mother of two boys and loves spending time with her family. She is a practitioner of Carnatic music and Yoga.
