Matt Watson is the President & COO at Indio, a technology platform building digital tools for traditional insurance brokers. In this capacity, Matt is responsible for a wide spectrum of verticals including customer retention, product strategy, hiring and fundraising. The company recently raised institutional financing from New Enterprise Associates, Compound Ventures, 500 Startups and insurance carrier, Hiscox.

Prior to his role at Indio, Matt worked in Citigroup’s investment bank where he traded high yield credit in the power and mining industries. He is an alumnus of Johns Hopkins University where he graduated with a degree in Economics.
