Jeana Thomas is the Executive Director of Global Digital Sales and Service Systems at Otis Elevator. In her role, Jeana partners with key business functions to drive Otis service and sales business through digital tools and IoT solutions that benefit Otis’s global customers and the employees that keep nearly 2 billion people on the move every day. Charged with leading the development and integration of the company’s business system platforms and applications, she actively leads her team to deliver these global digital solutions with a focus on user-centric design and minimum viable products to accelerate time to market solutions.

Jeana has held various digital leadership roles at United Technologies Corp., Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky Aircraft, working closely with various teams to implement digital solutions that deliver business value and create a better customer experience.

Prior to joining UTC, Jeana held leadership roles with Ernst & Young, Indiana University and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh.

Jeana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
