Tameika N. Hollis

    Ms. Hollis is the Executive Director for the Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions, a division within Northrop Grumman’s $10.7B Mission Systems sector.

    In this position she is responsible for ensuring a portfolio of over 100 programs spanning the federal, defense, and intelligence markets which operates at the highest performance standards. Ms. Hollis applies her experience gained from the engineering,
    manufacturing and logistics executive for the Global Mission Solutions business unit in the Land and Avionics C4ISR division where she brought in over $300 Million. He previous roles at Northrop Grumman included functional director of Radar Systems Engineering leading over 150 engineers and as an operating unit director of Passive RF programs for over $200 Million dollars of business in the former Space ISR division. She is recognized across the Mission Systems Sector as equally committed to program execution excellence and our customers’ missions. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Ms.
    Hollis served as an Electro-optical lead for Raytheon and a Control Systems lead for Boeing Satellite Systems.

    Ms. Hollis received her Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida A&M University and the University of Michigan, respectively. Ms. Hollis also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Tameika continues contributing to others’ success by volunteering as a science fair judge and visiting schools to inspire interest students in STEM. She also leads workshops at the Society of Women Engineers and National Society of Black Engineers National Conventions.
