Mary McCaffrey is a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, where she is also the Sector Liaison for Golden Seeds various investment areas. Mary began her career as translator at the National Security Agency, and later as a Project Manager at two major special interest groups responsible for winning and overseeing various education related government grants. However, most of her career has been focused on investing in technology companies. The majority on her career was spent on Wall Street, where she was an institutional equity analyst at Alex Brown and CJ Lawrence (both acquired by Deutsche Bank) and partner at technology hedge fund, Camelot Capital, all specializing in communications, software and internet companies. Over her career she has worked with, advised and invested in companies in all stages of their life cycle.
