Her body of work has earned her global recognition and exclusive discussions with elite sport figures and social leaders around the world – Pittsburgh Steelers’ Owner Art Rooney, Dr. Condoleezza Rice, and Mark Cuban – covering topics such as equality, globalization of sport, technology, entrepreneurship, and the progression of youth leagues, to name, but a few.
She was recently ranked among the “Great Sports & Business Related Twitter Accounts To Follow in 2017” in Huffington Post.
In 2015 Inc. Magazine tapped her as a Columnist authoring thought leadership and inspiration to entrepreneurs and business leaders. Mandy’s work has also been featured and discussed in Sports Illustrated, Business Insider, Forbes, Huffington Post, Yahoo Finance, and as curriculum at academic institutions nationwide.
Her passion and activism make her an in-demand speaker on topics such as social enterprise, women in tech, leadership, and culture. She regularly appears on radio networks such as WGN, ESPN Radio and various sports and business podcasts. Mandy also advises Fortune 500 companies and startups on how to use their voice for social change.
She was the first investor in an all-female tech and influencer startup, Foray Collective, and is launching her own socially conscious tech and apparel company, Give Five ™ in the winter of 2017. A percentage of net sales will go to Mandy’s newly created Give Five Foundation, providing scholarships for college students to help combat the $1.2 trillion college debt crisis and recognize social integrity and the importance of sports participation in our next generation.
Mandy sits on the Board of other social enterprises such as a sports bra that can detect early-stage breast cancer- Cyrcadia Health’s iTbra, and non-profits such as the NYC youth basketball league – Positive Influence.
She previously held appointments at two of the world’s largest communications holding companies – Omnicom and Publicis – where she grew to become one of the youngest Global Executive Vice Presidents in the industry, leading the creation of award-winning narratives across 12 countries. During her tenure, she was hand-selected and graduated from Babson College and Harvard Business School’s Graduate Leadership Program.
As a former collegiate athlete, Mandy can usually be found training for her next marathon along the Hudson or writing her first, soon-to-publish book in NYC where she resides.
